I Review – Almay Smart Shade, Smart Balance Pressed Powder

I am a huge Almay fan, simply because their products are hypoallergenic and great quality, what more do you want?! I picked up this powder at Click’s beauty sale and paid only R80 for it.

I’ve never been one for wearing foundation and I usually opt for a skin tone corrector and a powder over, giving me a smooth mat finish.  This powder is designed to blend in perfectly with your skin tone, reduce shine without drying other parts of your skin.

I really like the packaging, it clips open in the front as well as the back where you will find a compact mirror and an applicator brush that is the perfect size for application. This powder does what it says, it blended perfectly with my skin tone, I didn’t look pale or like I had a spray tan gone bad, it gave me a mat finish and lasted all day.

I am really happy with this powder and will definitely purchase it again.

    1. I should actually try the powder without putting anything else on my face like just to see what it does 🙂
