Non traditional egg fried rice

I cooked this for hubby and I for dinner the other night as an experiment and it came out tasting pretty good. Hubby is half Filipino, so he grew up eating a lot of Asian cuisine so I made this while he yelled at me what to do next from the living room.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pieces of Tenderized Steak
  • 25 ml Cooking Oil
  • 15 ml Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Peas, defrosted
  • 2 Eggs, scrambled

Method:
Cut the steak into bite sized pieces, heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, I used an electrical pan. Add the steak and soy sauce and fry until the meat is nice and start to brown. Add the rice and peas and fry until it’s heated through. Lastly add the egg and keep stirring everything to mix the egg through all of the rice. Serve and enjoy!
